Assistant Service Lead – Complex Dementia Care
Location: Coniston Centre, Lakeview Care Home
Hours: Full-Time, 42 hours per week (30 hours supernumerary/12 hours CHAP)
Salary: £28,500 per annum

About the Role
As Assistant Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care to our Service Users. You will:
- Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to your team.
- Develop a skilled, motivated, and supported workforce.
- Create and maintain a warm, caring, and safe environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, Local Authority, and commissioning requirements.
You will help sustain and enhance our reputation as a leading provider of specialist complex dementia care while managing the service unit within commercial constraints. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include occupancy, fee rates, and staff costs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting of activities, events, and incidents to senior management.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and support to the wider team.
