Presented by the World Federation of Mental Health, World Mental Health Day will be on October 10, 2019. The goal is to help raise mental health awareness. Each of us can make a contribution to ensure that people dealing with problems concerning mental health can live better lives with dignity.

On 18 October we will wear pink, raise money and help make life-saving research happen. Why? Because breast cancer is still here. It’s still tearing apart the lives of families and it’s still taking the lives of the women we love on a heart breaking scale. We will be wearing pink this October.

Today marks the official start of Christmas at Alpha Health Care, as residents and staff look forward to a day of festivities, entertainment and the big light switch on at the home.
